NewMARC is built on Paladin’s cloud based Panoramic© software, enabling Regional Councils of Governments (COGS) across the state to collaborate and to serve local and state agencies in ways never before possible.

New Mexico’s COGs, known jointly as NewMARC (New Mexico Association of Regional Councils), are regional planning organizations that play an important role towards in planning, implementing and administering state and federal programs in their respective regions across the state of New Mexico. NewMARC’s deployment of the Panoramic technology establishes a new standard in transparency and effectiveness for regional planning across the state.
