HMS Global latest client to use Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) software
HMS Global’s Ferry Division will utilize ASMi to streamline management of ship personnel including the standardizing of personnel certification and licensing requirements and reporting.
Paladin Data Systems announced today a partnership with new client HMS Global Maritime, Bainbridge Island, WA who will deploy Paladin’s best-in-class qualification and certification management product, Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi).
ASMi is a commercially available, personnel readiness tool designed to manage, maintain and forecast the knowledge, skills and abilities of the workforce. It is offered as a cloud-based solution (Software as a Service) or can be installed on premise, providing deployment flexibility to support any organization.

ASMi will allow HMS Global managers and supervisors greater organizational visibility to more accurately assess and manage readiness against existing requirements and goals.
