Paladin to Present ASMi Cloud-based Workforce Readiness Technology at CopTech Forum 2014, September 10-12, in New Orleans, LA
Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) workforce readiness management software to be showcased to U.S. law enforcement representatives.
Paladin Data Systems Corporation announced today it will present its workforce readiness management tool
Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) at CopTech Forum, in New Orleans, Louisiana, September 10-12, 2014. ASMi is cloud-based software that is highly configurable to meet the needs of law enforcement, military, and private sector organizations as a personnel readiness tool to manage, maintain, and forecast the knowledge, skills, and abilities of their workforce.
“We’re looking forward to showcasing our technology to the CopTech attendees. Anyone who sees this
capability will be impressed with ASMi’s ease of use and utility while providing an integrated and responsive tool for career management, training efficiency, and accreditation planning and tracking,” said Paladin Executive, Rick West.
CopTech is a unique industry forum that brings together law enforcement and technology vendors in
information management, communications, and tactical technologies. The forum includes 40 selected vendors
across software and hardware technology geared toward the law enforcement organizations attending.
“Our technology is cutting edge and provides organizations at all levels the ability to optimize their most
valuable resource – their people. Personnel readiness is the foundation supporting sustainable mission readiness
and accomplishment. Additionally, our product aligns with law enforcement’s efforts to push much of their data
to the cloud, saving their departments time and money,” said Jim Nall, CEO of Paladin.
The ASMi system is a Web-centric training, testing, and workforce readiness management tool. With hundreds
of thousands of law enforcement personnel worldwide requiring up-to-date, broad-based training, ASMi
enables supervisors to assess at a glance the overall readiness of their force, view complete department and
individual training capabilities, and provide competency information for day-to-day operations, emergency
readiness, and incident investigations.
