Paladin Data Systems Corporation announced today it will present its training management and workforce readiness tool Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) during the vendor night at the Washington State Fire Fighters’ Association (WSFFA) 92nd Annual Fire School and Conference, June 5, 2015 in Wenatchee, WA. ASMi is cloud-based software that is highly configurable to track training requirements and skills assessment of fire departments, law enforcement, military and private sector organizations. ASMi is a personnel readiness tool to manage, maintain and forecast the knowledge, skills and abilities across your organization.
I look forward to hearing firsthand about the Fire and First Responder community’s unique requirements for skills management and training. We believe that being able to demonstrate proper qualifications is critical for fire and first responders and that better management of the entire training process from the start brings with it tremendous potential for fire department organizations of the future,” said Paladin’s ASMi Business Development Representative, Terry Thiele
WSFFA Fire School and Conference will include over 20 hours of instruction and over 20 courses for Washington-based fire fighter personnel. The expo also features exhibitors showcasing the latest in fire department technology and services, as well as an awards banquet for firefighter, officers, and EMS personnel.
We are looking forward to showing off our training management tools to the fire department personnel of Washington. Since this is our home state we will reenergize many great connections,” said Jon Byrd, Paladin Sales Manager.
The Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) system is a Web-centric training, testing, and workforce readiness management tool. With hundreds of thousands of first responder personnel worldwide requiring up-to-date training, ASMi enables supervisors to assess at a glance the overall readiness of fire and first responder personnel, view complete department and individual training capabilities, and provide competency information for day-to-day operations, emergency readiness, and incident investigations.
