Paladin Data Systems Wins with Team Keyport
Poulsbo, WA— April 7, 1999
Poulsbo, WA- Paladin Data Systems Corporation, a member of Team Keyport Services of
Washington, announced that the consortium of thirteen companies has been
awarded a U. S. Navy contract. The $31,137,582 cost-plus-fixed-fee annual
contract is for technical and engineering services support of Naval Undersea
Warfare Center, Keyport, WA. These services will include technical data
collection, reduction and analysis, technical studies and reports, system
development and documentation, system operation and maintenance,
configuration management and drafting, emerging technology studies, operational
test support, prototype hardware, and material and/or chemical analysis.
Organizations making up the Team Keyport alliance include: Marconi Systems Technologies,
Inc.; Raytheon Systems Company; AMSEC; Paladin Data Systems Corporation;
Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory; Global Associates,
Ltd.; Analysis Technology, Inc.; MAST International, Inc.; Radix Ortega
Group; Systems Integration & Research, Inc.; Systems Solutions; TMI; and
Swigart Engineering.
The contract contains four options, which, if exercised, will bring the total estimated
value of the contract to $183,808,518. Completion of work is expected by
March 2000, with 80 percent of it performed in Keyport, WA. This contract was
competitively procured with 72 firms solicited, and two offers received.
