Economic Recovery spurs expansion in local high tech
company
Poulsbo, Washington
July 27, 2004
Paladin Data Systems
Corporation and its affiliate Interlocking Software Corporation
are gearing up for rapid growth. Over the
next eighteen months Paladin Data Systems
projects that it will more than double the number of employees
it has in Kitsap County
to one hundred. In addition to launching
a recruiting campaign to find the best technical people available
locally, Paladin is
moving into a larger facility in Poulsbo’s Powder Hill Technology
Park, and re-locating it’s InterLocking Software products
sales office from Tukwila to the Queen
Anne Hill area in Seattle..
CEO Jim Nall says “We’re just starting to see the real
effects of the economic recovery. Paladin
and ILSC have been cultivating opportunities during the economic slowdown so
that when things
improved we would be positioned to resume
our growth. We are expecting a significant increase in the volume of business
for both Paladin
and ILSC. ”
The search
for talent is focused on the areas of
Technical Designer/Analyst, Developers,
Database Administrators, Technical Project
Managers, GIS Developers and Infrastructure/Network
Support. According to Chief Technologist
Gary Macy, “We’re casting the net
wide to find creative technical people
who live here, but work across the water.
We’ve never actually
recruited before, but to get this many
really talented people on board in such
a short amount of time is going to be
a real challenge without some imaginative
efforts.” Interested
people should refer to the Paladin web

more information. Resume's can be submitted
electronically to Jobs@PaladinData.com
