Paladin Data Reseller Program
As a certified reseller you are the direct representative of Paladin Data Systems Corporation and your role is to locate businesses that are both interested and qualified to use our products.
Paladin Data will fully support all resellers as they work toward becoming a Certified Reseller. Once a reseller is certified, Paladin will continue to support with access to Paladin’s sales and marketing materials through a dedicated reseller website.

Reseller FAQ’s
What does it take to become a Referral Reseller?
- Complete sales and marekting certification training
- $1,500 reseller certification fee (covers training for up to 5 people)
- Sign a reseller agreement
- Annual renewal
What tools are available to a reseller?
- Website with access to sales, marketing and product information
- Access to training courses and related materials Demo site for conducting product demos
- Client environments (after contract signing) to implement the system for a client (development, test, train, production)
- Access to our sales, product and technical resources Pool of hours Additional hours based on hourly rate
Who Pays for the cost of training certifiying a Referral Reseller?
Paladin Data Systems:
- Instructors-training sessions
- Classroom
- Training Materials
- Webinars
- Reseller forums
- Access to sales and marketing materials, product information, demo system, and other collateral needed to support the reseller marketing efforts
Reseller:
- Student’s Time
- Travel related expenses
What does it take to become a Products Integrator Reseller?
- Complete sales and marketing certification training
- Participate on at least one implementation for a client
- $2,500 reseller certification fee (covers training for up to 10 people)
- Sign a reseller’s agreement
- Annual renewal
Who Pays for the cost of training and certifying a Products Integrator Reseller?
Paladin Data Systems:
- Instructors-training sessions
- Classroom
- Training Materials
- Webinars
- Reseller forums
- Access to sales and marketing materials, product information, demo system, and other collateral needed to support the reseller marketing efforts
Reseller:
- Training-non-project specific
- Students Time
- Travel related expenses
- Client Implementation
- Student labor costs are reimbursed where billing the student’s time for work performed on a client’s implementation is appropriate
- Project related travel is reimbursed where billing for the student’s travel on a client’s implementation is appropriate
What resources & qualifications are required by the reseller?
Referral Reseller
- Business development resource(s) – sales experience, client network in the natural resources industry, access to legal expertise (establishing contracts)
- Product Evangelist resource(s) – Client facing, presentation skills, Paladin system knowledge both functional and some technical
Products Integrator Reseller
- Business development resource(s) – sales experience, client network in the natural resources industry, access to legal expertise (establishing contracts)
- Product Evangelist resource(s) – Client relationship skills, analytical skills, deep EKO-System knowledge along with the understanding of how to configure the product to meet client requirements
- Technical resource(s) – able to customize portals, develop system interfaces, add shape files, manage technical environments and extend base code if necessary. Individual(s) should be skilled in: C# / ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server or Oracle Database, XML/XSL
Can resellers customize Paladin Products?
- Resellers can develop extensions to the products but they cannot customize the products directly
Can resellers re-brand Paladin Products?
Yes, but the re-branded product must display the appropiate “Powered by Paladin” logo
When do I get paid as a reseller?
As the revenue is collected from the client
