Software Design and Development
Paladin has multiple teams of software developers with experience in many platforms and languages. We develop our own products in Java, C#.Net, and Oracle Web Forms as those are the languages of choice for our current customers. Paladin has an integrated Quality Assurance group to verify the quality of our work throughout the entire development process.
Data Base Administration – DBA On-Demand
Modern databases require fewer, but more technically capable administrators. Paladin’s DBA On-Demand service supports the customers of all of our products and is used by both large and small organizations across North America. DBA On-Demand supplements many large organizations in-house DBA staff with monitoring and corrective services, as well as providing all the database administration support for many small and mid-size organizations.

Support hours are from 5am-5pm PST (subject to change in order to best support our customer base) Monday through Friday except for the following Paladin holidays:
• New Year’s Day (or the Friday before if New Year’s falls on a weekend)
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (or the 3rd of July if the 4th is a Saturday, the 5th if the 4th is a Sunday)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day (or the Friday before Christmas if the holiday falls on a weekend)
